AMC Mountains & Music brings together participants of all ages who share a love of classical music and the outdoors. It is sponsored by the Boston chapter of the Appalachian Mountain Club.

Mountains & Music holds regular chamber music retreats on campus. Their weekends of music include opportunities to sing, play instruments in chamber groups, participate in outdoor activities, and to perform and listen to fellow musicians at the Saturday night Coffee House. Outdoor activities include winter hiking, X-country skiing, and snowshoeing on the groomed trails of the Marlboro Nordic Ski Club.
